Private Water Systems

Many Homes & Cottages in Rural areas may not have access to Municipal Water sources.  Instead, many of these properties have a Well or Lake Pump Systems to provide water.  In most cases Pressure Tanks and Filter Systems with Ultra-Violet Treatments are required to ensure that the water is potable and usable.

We have the training and expertise for checking Well and Lake Water Systems. We provide our clients Full Reports on these Systems as a Stand-Alone Inspection or Add-On to an already booked Home Inspection.  

With Cottage and Rural properties becoming more popular, many of these homes include Wells and Lake Water Systems that are not part of the standard Home Inspection.  We provide our clients with comprehensive reports and also give recomendations for changes, or improvements if it is deemed to be beneficial.
